This forum will be held exclusively online via live streaming.

      The program schedule, session times, speakers, and other details are subject to change without prior notice.
      Sessions may be cancelled due to speaker circumstances.
      The forum may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Registration

      • Registration must be completed online by 12:00 noon (JST), February 17, 2027.
      • Access is limited to one participant per login ID. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.
      • If you do not receive a registration confirmation email within two business days after submitting your registration, please contact the Quality Forum Secretariat listed at the bottom of this page.

Please read the following information before registering.

  • This forum will be delivered through Deliveru, an online streaming platform operated by Facio Inc.
  • Before registering, please verify that your device and network environment can access the streaming service by using the test site below.

    *We may be unable to provide immediate support if access issues are identified on the day of the event. We strongly encourage all participants to test their viewing environment in advance.

  • All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to presentation materials, videos, audio recordings, documents, and other content made available through the forum remain the property of JUSE and/or the respective speakers.
    Recording, reproducing, distributing, retransmitting, or sharing any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited by law and may be subject to legal penalties.
  • Posting presentation slides, screenshots, recordings, or speaker comments on social media, websites, blogs, or other public platforms without permission is prohibited.
  • A stable wired internet connection is recommended whenever possible.
  • Participants are also required to review the Participant Guidelines, which contain additional information regarding online participation, prohibited conduct, and cancellation policies.
  • AI-generated captions and translations are provided for the convenience of participants.
    Due to the nature of automated generation, translations may not always be accurate, and errors in proper nouns or technical terms, omissions, or display delays may occur.
    The accuracy or completeness of the captions and translations is not guaranteed. By using this service, participants acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation fees will apply based on the date on which your cancellation request is received.

    • 50% of the registration fee

      Cancellation requests received from seven business days before the forum through 5:00 p.m. (JST) on the business day immediately preceding the event.

    • 100% of the registration fee

      Cancellation requests received after 5:00 p.m. (JST) on the business day immediately preceding the event, or in the case of a no-show.
  • If a refund is applicable, the refund amount will be calculated in accordance with the above policy and will be subject to deduction of the fees charged by the payment service provider.
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant may attend in your place.
  • Please note: Participants who register on or after February 10, 2027 will receive their login ID and password on February 17, 2027.
