「人間中心設計」（ISO9241-210)でのシステム開発事例およびシステム評価の事例である。要求分析としてペーパープロトタイプを使用しユーザビリティを重視した画面作成し、「構造化シナリオ」により複数のシナリオを作成している。また評価では2つのペルソナを利用し、システムの評価を行ない、重要・緊急の課題などの検出に効果があったと報告されている。ユーザビリティが重要とされるシステムに関わっている、検討しているという人にとっては参考になる報告だと考える。

The National Diet Library (NDL) published the NDL Great East Japan Earthquake Archive “HINAGIKU” in March, 2013. Although the fundamental thoughts of archiving information and basic model of
usage on the information for its system design had been settled, in order to analyze the demand to a system, we needed to specify who use the system, how they use the system, and what kind of usage they are. Moreover, at the step of requirements analysis, not only the functional definition of a system but also improvement of usability is required to make it the easiest-to-use possible system. After the design and development were completed, to confirm that the system was implemented along with the original requirements, exactly reflected to
requirements, it needed to check for its usability on the system and to be verified whether the further improving point would be. This paper reports an overview of our work and the result as the guideline for the usability improvement processes on information archiving systems.
